US confident India would meet protest challenge democratically
An apex court bench of Justice Ganga Sakshi Singhvi and Justice H.L. Dattu issuednotice on the plea by Reliance Group managing director Gautam Doshi, grouppresident Surendra Pipara and senior vice president Hari Nayar.The three senior executives were arrested by the CBI on charges of committing conspiracy to facilitate Reliance Infocom to get 2G licenses in 13 circles.
